CONTROLLER SERVICES
OGBS Controller services provides review and approval of the operational
transactions performed by the bookkeeping staff, analysis of the financial
data for accuracy and correctness, and can accommodate a wide variety of
additional services. We will work with you to customize services
to best meet your needs - typically there are three levels of service
offered as a starting point.
All BELOW TIERS OF SERVICE INCLUDE
- Application end user and technical support
- Customized financial and operational reporting for implementation
- Guidance and consultation

CONTROLLER SERVICES - TIER 1
- Supervise and review bookkeepers (processes, account reconciliation,
etc)
- Oversee monthly Joint Interest Billing and Revenue Distribution
processes
- Provide monthly phone consultation and/or issue resolution

CONTROLLER SERVICES - TIER 2 (Tier 1 +)
- Perform monthly close with required journal entries
- Publish monthly financials
- Provide custom financial and operational reporting as requested
- Povider phone consultation and/or issue resolution as
requested

CONTROLLER SERVICES - TIER 3 (TIER 2 +)
- Review and approve all invoice coding
- Assist in AFE creation, budgeting and forecasting
- Oversight of additional regulatory, severance tax or land services
- Provide additional support and interface with tax
accountant, banker, auditors
