Evolving from our service bureau origins, OGBS operates as both an oil and gas backoffice outsourcing service provider, as well as, an internet based application services provider (ASP). Today, we deliver the same levels of personalized, dependable financial, operational and backoffice bookkeeping services we did with the same levels of industry experience, but we do it online.

We offer multiple oil & gas accounting applications (Rogars, Wolfepak, Ogas, etc.) and associated land and operational applications to best fit your needs and personnel.

For more than 35 years, independent oil and gas operators, investors, and trust groups have relied on OGBS software and services to manage their business processes.

Founded as a general business process outsourcing service bureau in 1970 by Sam Hocking OGBS quickly found its niche in oil and gas with customers across Alabama, California, Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Colorado, Mississippi, and elsewhere.

We built OGBS on a foundation of industry experience and our customers will tell you that we know their business. Many of our clients have been with us since nearly the beginning, including several client relationships of 20+ years. Our team of professionals, most with at least 20 years experience in oil and gas business processes, become part of our customers team, providing counsel and guidance in addition to A/P, general ledger, JIB, and revenue processing.

By balancing our growth with the service expectations of our customers, we have kept our costs low and our quality high.
